About Me and My Mission 🌱
Before we dive in, I want to be fully transparent. For now, I have chosen to remain anonymous. The information I share isn’t always welcomed by industries like big pharma and the healthcare establishment, and people like me often face resistance. My mission is to empower and inform, and staying under the radar helps me continue doing just that without unnecessary distractions. 🕵️♂️
Hello, and welcome to my journey! I’m a biohacker in my 50s, originally from Washington, though I spent much of my formative years growing up in the South. My childhood was shaped by a time before the digital age—no TVs in every room, no video games, no computers or smartphones. Back then, you either got yourself into trouble or you played sports. For me, sports became a way of life. 🏀
Growing up, I dabbled in almost every sport, but soccer (or football for my international friends) and cycling were where I really found my stride. Soccer took me all the way to semi-pro indoor leagues, where I honed my skills and learned about discipline and teamwork. On the cycling front, I had the incredible opportunity to race alongside none other than Lance Armstrong before his meteoric rise. While I was nowhere near his level, those experiences fueled a passion in me for understanding what makes the human body perform at its best. Looking back, that’s where the seeds of biohacking were planted, even though I didn’t know it at the time. 💡
Fast forward to today, and I’ve dedicated over 25 years to the health and fitness industry. My path has been unconventional, to say the least, and I’ve always gravitated toward methods and insights that challenge the status quo. I’m not here to promote political agendas or align with trends; my focus is purely on optimizing health, improving quality of life, and empowering others to take control of their well-being. 🏋️
My mission is simple yet profound: to share the art and science of biohacking in a way that’s accessible, actionable, and transformative. Whether it’s staying fit, managing weight, aging gracefully, overcoming pain, or navigating drug and alcohol recovery, I’m committed to providing tools and strategies that make a real difference. 🏋️♂️
I understand that biohacking can seem intimidating or even gimmicky to some, but at its core, it’s about listening to your body, experimenting with what works for you, and leveraging science to live a more vibrant life. Through my blog, my Facebook page, and this growing community, I aim to demystify biohacking and inspire others to embrace the power of small, intentional changes. ✨
Thank you for joining me on this adventure. Together, we can challenge conventional narratives and unlock the incredible potential within us all. 🌌
